Hi, I'm Lucy Ellis
Your Online Therapist
I've been in private practice since I was 28. Im 43 this year, so you can do the math. As my experience grew in private practice, I also went through some powerful mental and emotional growths. I've spent years healing from PTSD, working through my self worth blocks and childhood traumas, learning more techniques to support both myself and you, which leads me to where I am today!
Of course the work is still happening behind the scenes, and that will never stop. Im an emotional generator with a 5/1 profile. If you know, you know. My work here will never be done. lol!
I work with creative women who are stuck expressing themselves, and who feel lost and detached from who they are. I support them to process their blocks and get in touch with that younger version of themselves and allow her dreams to be fully expressed.
I work experientially. This means that with you in the picture we get you expereincing things from differnt perspectives to see what fits right. I have a very full tool box with many fun ways to get you loving all over yourself. We have fun with hypnotherapy, We connect with all the many rad parts of you with resource therapy. We unpack and find meaning and healing in your dreams, we investigate your human design together and we connect you with your ancestors through family constellations work.
When Im not on zoom with you. I am at the beach, cooking up a feast for my family, bush walking with my husband or watching yellow stone.
